Vanguard’s head of financial advisor services to retire

Tom Rampulla, managing director and head of Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services (FAS) division, is retiring after 35 years at the firm, the asset manager announced Tuesday. 

Effective January 1, 2024, Amma Boateng will become the head of the division. Boateng is currently the head of the broker-dealer channel within FAS. Prior to her current role, Boateng built and led Vanguard’s advisor solutions function. Since joining
