HANZA AB (publ) has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Orbit One AB for an estimated purchase price of SEK 367 million, as well as a preliminary additional purchase price up to SEK 91 million.

Orbit One is a Swedish company that offers contract manufacturing of electronics and electromechanics. The company had net sales of approximately SEK 1.2 billion in the financial year of 2022 and has a total of approximately 620 employees. Orbit One operates at two production facilities in Sweden and one in Poland.

HANZA is a global knowledge-based manufacturing company that modernizes and streamlines the manufacturing industry through supply-chain advisory and with production facilities. The company was founded in 2008 and had net sales exceeding SEK 3.5 billion during 2022. HANZA has six manufacturing clusters: Sweden, Finland, Germany, the Baltics, Central Europe and China.

Pareto Securities acted as financial advisor to HANZA and Avanza Bank acted as financial advisor to Orbit One.

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the sellers of Orbit One with a team consisting of Stefan Balazs, John Gustafson and Olof Larsson.
