Michael E. Schrage, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Centier Bank, is pleased to welcome Steven Swingler as Investment Executive in the bank’s wealth investment department, Centier Investment Services.
Swingler joins Centier having held the roles of financial advisor at one of the nation’s largest investment management firms, advanced options trade desk broker at a national broker-dealer and has experience in the insurance industry as well as being a published author. Swingler is looking forward to bringing his perspective of working at national firms to Centier clients as he provides financial guidance for an even better tomorrow.
“I grew up in Northwest Indiana and am excited to come back to my roots and work alongside my father, Alan Swingler, who has dedicated his career to Centier Bank,” he expressed. “I feel fortunate to be able to serve the second generation of some of his longtime clients and build relationships with new clients who are embarking on their investment journey.”
Swingler has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University and is a registered broker and investment advisor. He also has insurance licensing in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. Swingler resides in Crown Point with his wife, Kalyn, and their son.
