Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Consultant in Wealth & Investment Management, or WIM, which provides clients access to some of the United States’ leading providers of financial and investment services. Through WIM’s businesses, we deliver a full range of personalized wealth management, investment, planning, and retirement products and services.

The WIM Marketing team is evolving to support our business. As a member of this growing team, you will be a key part of building an organization to support our Financial Advisors (FAs) and their teams. Your role is the development and implementation of marketing solutions to support our Advisors in their effort to grow their practice and their clients’ success. In addition to working closely with the Financial Advisor team, you will work on several projects that help build multi-channel marketing solutions and focused growth

In this role, you will:

Implement and maintain digital marketing programs, execute marketing or direct mail programs and manage major marketing in creative areas or product linesReport and recommend improvements to management regarding marketing and sales materials within marketingReview analysis of products, sales pricing, customer retention, customer profile, sales, profitability and review data in support of program initiativesExercise independent judgment to guide campaignsEnsure initiatives are executed in accordance with objectives and align with brand and corporate technology standardsPresent recommendations for analyzing data, monitoring performance, providing optimization recommendations and present output to partnersExercise independent judgment while developing expertise in legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketingCollaborate and consult with other product marketing areas, technology, customer care, organizational units, alliance partners marketing team, business partners and outside vendors to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaignsNavigate and consult MyMarketing users on platform via phone and email.Use your creative or agency experience with print on demand/marketing on demand to align with line of business targets and manage projectsRequired Qualifications

2+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in the production of creative materials generated by marketing platforms to support field sales and marketingExperience with creative or agency and/or print on demand/marketing on demandSuccessful candidates will have managed the fulfillment of field and marketing led campaigns, the creation and execution of digital media, vendor selection and management, testing, pricing, quality controlCandidates will have partnered closely with Data and Platform partners to collectively ensure that creative is executed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner, including partnering with the Agency and internal constituents to intake and onboard new creativeDemonstrated partnerships that to delivered a world class advisor experience and ultimately a successful client and prospect journey is requiredAble to show how their experience has delivered on key program goals and marketing prioritiesProject Management experienceExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsGood analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExperience in aligning marketing operational activities to priorities and Key Performance IndicatorsExperience using SalesForce and Marketing CloudStrong relationship management skillsJob Expectations:
